These Terms govern your use of FlipPhonic, provided by OmniaDataAnalytics LLC.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FlipPhonic for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Shared links
FlipPhonic Plus lets you create a public web link to a clip you generate. When you create a link, the clip’s audio and text are uploaded to our share service and become accessible to anyone who has the link for 7 days, after which the link and the clip are automatically deleted. See our Privacy Policy for what is stored.
You are responsible for any content you choose to share. You must have the right to share it, and you agree not to create links to content that is illegal, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, is confidential, contains another person’s personal information without their permission, or is harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise harmful. Do not use shared links to distribute spam or malware or for bulk or automated uploads.
We may remove any shared clip and disable any link at our discretion, including for suspected misuse. Shared links are provided without any guarantee of availability, durability, or uninterrupted access, and may become unavailable before the 7-day expiry.

FlipPhonic is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniaDataAnalytics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FlipPhonic.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the State of Arizona.
