OmniaDataAnalytics LLC (“we”, “our”) operates FlipPhonic. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how it’s used.

What we collect

Nothing about you, by design. FlipPhonic has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs apart from ElevenLabs (described below). The only data that leaves your device is the text you type, which is sent over HTTPS to our proxy server and then to ElevenLabs to generate the audio. Neither our proxy nor ElevenLabs is configured to retain that text beyond fulfilling the immediate request.

Stored on your device

The following stay on your iPhone and never leave it:

• Your saved favorites and play history
• Your saved (“hearted”) voices
• Your most recently used voice, so it's restored on next launch
• Cached audio files, capped at 100 MB with oldest evicted first (iOS may also purge under storage pressure)
• Your onboarding preference (whether you've seen the welcome screen)

Clear all of the above anytime from Settings → Clear All Data inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes everything, including the cache.

Third parties

FlipPhonic uses one third-party service: ElevenLabs, which generates the audio from your typed text. Your text is transmitted to ElevenLabs every time you tap “Play” on a phrase that isn't already in your local cache. ElevenLabs' handling of that text is governed by their privacy policy.

Children's privacy

FlipPhonic is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

How we use your data

Only to operate, secure, and improve FlipPhonic. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ad networks.
